O.k. now the glitch:
when somebody is talking push the menu button.
it brings you to the menu, and the person who say something is still talking :P

When it comes to audio, there are 2 types of actions that are mostly used:
a) Event: a sound is played completely without being interrupted.
b)Stream: A sound that can be paused at any time.
I chose the "event" action in this one because I wanted to prevent the audio from going out of sync, which usually happens when you choose the "Stream" action when a flash movie is over 6 minutes long.
It was either having an out of sync "Stream" sound or having a Glitched "Event" sound playing during the menu screen, and I chose the 2nd one. Just because I know flash doesn't mean that I can fix every little detail in an animation.
Install flash (if you haven't done so yet), play around with it and you'll see what I mean.
